for easy setting or replacement.
- Powerful 3HP motor is available is single and three-phase versions.
- Efficient cutterhead drive features tree V-belts that operate on
solid-steel pulleys for transmitting power from the motor to the cutterhead.
- Oil-bath gear box takes power for the feed rolls directly from the
cutterheaad. Rugged chain and sprocket drie provides positive feeding and long
running life.
- Large handwheel raises and lowers cutterhead assembly quickly and easily.
- Spiral serrated-steel infeed roller and polyurethane outfeed roller keep
stock moving smoothly and efficiently.
- Cutterhead assembly features a patentwd adjustment system that accurately
raises and lowers the cutterhead on four precision-ground columns.
- Gear lever switches easily for adjusting feed rate from 26 feet per minute
to 30 feet per minute.
