14” TILTING ARBOR SAW WAS DESIGNED FOR INTENSIVE USE. IT HAS A HIGH
PRODUCTION CAPACITY WITH A POWERFUL INDUSTRIAL MOTOR AND THE ULTRA-PRECISE
“GENERAL T” FENCE SYSTEM.
A-
Blade
tilting, lowering, and raising is carried out on heavy-duty cast-iron
trunnions which
are precision-machined and adjustable to assure
perfect parallel alignment to the blade. The whole system is secured to the
cabinet to increase stability and eliminate vibration.
B-
The
large diameter handwheels are made of heavy-duty cast-iron. They make blade
tilting, raising, and lowering operations child's play and are equipped with
locking knobs. An angle
gauge is fitted to set the required angle of
cut.
Reinforced, high-quality steel
cabinet makes the machine even more stable.
The access door is mounted on hinges and
has a wide opening.
Table and extensions are
quality-controlled cast-iron with abundant ribbing to prevent distortion. They are then
machined and polished to a high level of precision.
Miter gauge T-slots are machined
into the table surface.
The high-precision General “T” Fence
System with long guide bars.
Slotted, heavy-duty steel blade guard with
splitter and anti-kickback fingers.
Deluxe cast-iron miter gauge
with long “T-bar” and work handle.
Magnetic switch for greater
safety and equipped with overload protection.
Powerful enclosed and ventilated
industrial motor of North American design.
Blade is
driven by 3 matched V-belts and balanced cast-iron pulleys to reduce
vibration and increase smoothness of operation.
Arbor mounted on sealed,
lubricated-for-life heavy-duty ball bearings.
Heavy-duty, precision-made aluminum table
insert.
6" outlet integrated into the
cabinet allows easy hook up to a dust collection system.
