JLT pneumatically
operated Door Clamps are engineered to quickly and
accurately clamp then square your cabinet door. Other
products such as doweled mitre doors, windows, face frames,
shutters, picture frames, etc. are possible candidates for
the Door Clamp. (Call our office to discuss these
possibilities). The ‘draw’ clamps (the clamps in the
front of the machine) feature rollers for easy adjustment.
Our pneumatic diaphragm cylinders are capable of producing
up to 1600# of force. Most cabinet makers will set the PSI
at 40 to produce 800# of pressure. Our Door Clamps are
constructed of our own special roll formed steel and heavy
gage steel tubing. These machines are simple to use, easy to
maintain, reliable and efficient. |
