JLT offers the Redi
Spreader and the Plate
Spreader for panel gluing. The major difference between
these two is the size (length and width) of the glue
applicating grid. Each glue spreader has a perforated
aluminum grid. This grid is submerged in a glue container.
Step on the foot pedal and the grid rises from the container
with glue on the grid surface. Set multiple boards on the
grid for 1-2 seconds, then place these boards in the Panel
Clamp. Both grids raise above the glue container for longer
boards. When finished gluing, spray a mist of water on the
glue surface then place the cover over the glue container.

| The Redi-Spreader provides an
accurate and efficient glue spread. Works well with our
Panel Clamps to quickly apply glue to multiple boards. A
perforated aluminum grid, 6” x 27”, rises from the
aluminum glue container by a foot activated pedal to provide
the correct amount of adhesive. Boards over 27” can be
‘dipped’ twice. An aluminum cover for the glue container
extends glue use. Fast, convenient, easy to use and clean. |
